Capsule Geology

The Ben-Northeast showing, on the Pavey property, is located east of Bennett Lake. The Pavey property contains 15 documented showings (104M 002-003, 028, 038-047, 085-086). Refer to the Skarn showing (104M 085) for details on the Pavey property history.

The Ben-Northeast showing comprises three parallel fracture zones in Lower to Middle Jurassic Tutshi Volcanic Suite intermediate flows mineralized with massive arsenopyrite. The zones strike 058 degrees and dip 84 degrees southeast. The mineralized portions are up to 30 centimetres wide and 11 metres long. A grab sample assayed 13.37 grams per tonne gold and 1.2 grams per tonne silver (Assessment Report 12554).
