The ASB occurrence is located approximately 45 kilometres east of the community of Dease Lake.
The showing area is underlain by Upper Mississippian to Permian peridotite of the Cache Creek Complex. The peridotite is frequently serpentinized.
Asbestos mineralization on the property consists of chrysotile in veinlets up to a few centimetres thick and picrolite veinlets. Scattered asbestos was observed over a distance of 5.6 kilometres along a northwest-trending zone.
An outcrop of peridotite in a creek is stained with malachite and contains fine-grained disseminated chalcopyrite and some pyrite. Little work is reported except for a magnetometer survey done in 1972 by owner H. Neugebauer.
