The area of the Glacier 459287 showing is underlain by volcanic rock of the Upper Triassic Stuhini Group. A pyritic grab sample (459287) of intense silica altered rock assayed 0.12 per cent zinc (Figure 10E, Assessment Report 21061; Rock Sampling Data Sheet, Assessment Report 19783).
