The Gem occurrence is located southwest of More Lake.

The area is underlain by Jurassic Hazelton Group volcanics and sediments that can be correlated with the Mt. Dilworth and Salmon River Formations. They are faulted adjacent to Permian metavolcanic and metasediments and Triassic Stuhini Group by the north trending Forrest Kerr fault.

Mineralization consists of pyrite, sphalerite, chalcopyrite and lesser galena in siliceous and carbonate altered felsic host rocks.

Sampling of the showing has returned values of 7.1 to 1.7 grams per tonne gold from three grab samples (Assessment Report 22238).
