The Kipulta Creek South occurrence is located on a ridge separating Salmon Run and Kipulta creeks, 30 kilometres east of Terrace, B.C.
The area is underlain by conglomerate, andesite breccia and lapilli tuff of the Upper Triassic Lower Telkwa Formation (Hazelton Group).
Locally, volcanic rocks host chalcopyrite, bornite and possible tetrahedrite mineralization.
In 2005, a sample (05-EK-21-05) taken by the British Columbia Geological Survey assayed 19.0 grams per tonne silver, and 3.32 per cent copper (Assessment Report 31853).
During 2009 through 2017, Casa Minerals completed programs of geological mapping and geochemical sampling on the area known as the Pitman and Keaper properties.
In 2018 Casa Minerals had a structural analysis completed on the Keaper property using newly available satellite imagery, and in 2019 a total of 273 line-kilometres of EM (VTEM) was flown over the expanded Keaper property.
