The claim is underlain by Lower Jurassic Hazelton Group vol- canics comprised mainly of andesite, andesitic flows and intercalated tuff. A vein traced for approximately 305 metres carries arseno- pyrite, minor galena, and sphalerite across a width of 1.0 metres in the Hazelton volcanics. The vein strikes 018 degrees and dips steeply to near vertical to the west.
