The Klinker showing is underlain by Devonian sedimentary and volcanic rocks of the Stikine Assemblage. The Devonian Forrest Kerr Pluton is in contact to the immediate west of the Stikine package. Plutonic rocks consist primarily of Late Devonian granite and diorite.

Iron and or manganese oxides and rare massive to semi-massive chalcopyrite mineralization has selectively replaced large areas of a limestone unit. Broad gossanous patches of felsenmeer and talus are a prominent feature of the property at its highest and westernmost reaches. Prospecting in the area in 1989 yielded high grade copper values from selected samples containing near massive chalcopyrite. Sample 39115, taken in 1990 adjacent to a glacier, yielded 27 per cent copper, 63 grams per tonne silver and 75 parts per billion gold (Assessment Report 20562).

Refer to the Forrest occurrence (104B 380) for a common work history of the Forrest Property.
