The Go occurrence is located approximately 2 kilometres west of the Sustut River and 8 kilometres southwest of Sustut Peak (Geology, Exploration and Mining in British Columbia 1973). The regional geology is similar to that of the Sustut deposit (094D 063). The Go area is underlain by Lower Jurassic Telkwa Formation (Hazelton Group) volcanics. Mineralization consists of scattered chalcopyrite disseminated in sheared chert pebble conglomerate.
In 1973, Wesfrob Mines Limited held the GO OK, Plus, and Mar claim groups at which time they conducted 33.8 kilometres of airborne magnetometer and electromagnetic surveying over all claims.
