The Eagle silt-soil geochemical anomaly is located on the northern slopes of Kirkland Creek, approximately 8 kilometres northwest of Molly Hogan Point on Harrison Lake.

The area is underlain by acid flow and pyroclastic rocks of the Jurassic Harrison Lake Formation.

Locally, pyritized argillites are associated with copper, lead and zinc sulphides.

In 1983, King Solomon Resources completed a program of geochemical sampling and a VLF- EM survey. The survey identified an area of anomalous copper, lead and zinc values associated with a VLF- EM survey indicated series of north-south structural features (Assessment Report 11456).
