The Road Show occurrence is underlain by basalt of the Upper Triassic Karmutsen Formation (Vancouver Group).

Abundant magnetite with minor pyrrhotite and chalcopyrite occurs in foliated and locally banded basalt. A rock sample assayed 0.44 per cent copper (Assessment Report 17947).
