The Spring occurrence is located on a small south flowing tributary of Braden Creek, at approximately 700 metres elevation.
The area is underlain by plutonic rocks, primarily diorite, of the Paleozoic and/or Mesozoic Westcoast Complex.
Locally, gabbro and/or granite host massive sulphide mineralization consisting of magnetite, pyrite and minor chalcopyrite. In 2010, a sample (J677833) of massive sulphides assayed 0.522 per cent copper, 2.2 grams per tonne silver and 42.6 per cent iron.
During 2006 through 2012, Le Baron Prospecting completed preliminary programs of prospecting and geochemical surveys on the area.
