The property is underlain by metasedimentary and metavolcanic rocks of the Lardeau Group.

The showing consist of a conformable layer of massive sulphides within quartz-chlorite schist. The layer strikes 090 degrees and dips between 0 and 30 degrees to the south. Sulphide mineralization includes massive pyrrhotite, pyrite with minor chalcopyrite and sphal- erite. The layer varies in thickness from 6 to 20 centimetres and is about 12 metres long. The extremities appear to be faulted.
