The Hickman SW showing area is underlain by Triassic dioritic intrusion in an area of volcanic rocks of the Upper Triassic Stuhini group.
A fracture zone is up to 0.5 metre wide and contains carbonate stringers and chlorite and carbonated alteration and minor pyrite and chalcopyrite. Sample 90G-27-H01 of carbonate stringers also hosted in chlorite altered diorite assayed 0.11 per cent copper and 1.7 grams per tonne silver (Assessment Report 21194).
Rock grab sample 90G-27-J02 of limonitic stained diorite with fine grained pyrite, taken just east of HO1, assayed 0.69 gram per tonne gold and 1.3 gram per tonne silver (Assessment Report 21194). Breccia texture is observed in the sample and a pod structure up to 5 by 5 metres in area.
