The area of the Glacier 459031 showing is underlain by rock of the Upper Triassic Stuhini Group. A grab sample of a 10 centimeter wide chloritic zone in pyritic mafic volcanic rock assayed 0.1 per cent copper (Figure 10E, Assessment Report 21061; Rock Sampling Data Sheet, Assessment Report 19783). A trace of pyrrhotite was noted.
