The Yosemite showings are located within a canyon that marks the eastern contact of the Upper Triassic Stuhini Group volcanic rock with Triassic to Jurassic syenite.

Tuffs, and lapilli tuffs. The tuffs are commonly ankerite and chlorite altered with lesser epidote and potassium feldspar alteration. Several select samples of discontinuous mineralized horizons or malachite stained material were taken from this area. The mineralization consists of pyrite, chalcopyrite, bornite and magnetite. These select samples assayed up to 257.2 grams per tonne silver (sample 32423), and 6.96 per cent copper (sample 32428); the peak gold geochemical value was 0.41 gram per tonne (32422). (Assessment Report 21061).
