The Harry showing lies east of the Salmon River Glacier, on the west slope of Mount Dilworth.

The area is underlain by a succession of Lower to Upper Jurassic sedimentary and volcanogenic rocks of the Hazelton Group. The strata strike generally from north-northwest to south-southeast and dip at variable angles westward.

Locally, host rocks consist of volcanic breccia and andesite tuff, with interbedded siltstone, argillite and conglomerate of the Lower Jurassic Unuk River Formation (Hazelton Group). The area lies within the Portland Canal dike swarm, which consists generally of granodiorite/quartz diorite dikes, cutting the volcaniclastics and mineralized veins.

A 1937 report by J.A. Mitchell (with map) shows two zones in the immediate area of the Harry showing, just north of the Dickens reverted Crown-grant (Lot 4030) on the old Gold Crown and Gold Crown No. 2 claims (Appendix, Assessment Report 23220). Extensive limonite and sulphur staining are reported on a 60 metre high cliff. The rock was much silicified and pyritized. However, specimens of mineralized quartz from the cliff face yielded only low values.

The Troy claim was staked by D. Johnson in 1989 and obtained by David Javorsky 1991 (Assessment Report 23220). This claim was 1 kilometre long (north-south) and 500 metres wide. It extended north from the northern corner of the Dickens reverted Crown-grant claim (Lot 4030) which is either immediately east of the new Harry MINFILE showing (104B 434) or covering the same ground. Javorsky prospected and sampled the Troy claim in 1993, mainly on the old, lapsed Troy 6 claim (and zone), north of Harry. A Beep Mat geophysical survey was done on the Troy 6.

In 2004, Teuton carried out a small rock geochemical survey over the subject claims with generally positive results. This was followed up in 2006 and 2008 with a further rock geochemical survey and some geological mapping. The 2008 work established a line of anomalous gold and arsenic values near the eastern border of the property. The property was re-examined in 2009. Talus fines and surface rock grabs were sampled along a southerly trending traverse parallel to the east side of the Salmon River Glacier. This work was successful in defining a cluster of very high gold and arsenic numbers, reporting peak values of 2.12 grams per tonne gold and 0.543 per cent arsenic (Assessment Report 30770). In 2010, a drill program of four holes, totalling 487.07 metres, was completed.

Drilling in the 2010 season defined a zone of mineralization consisting of fine-grained arsenopyrite, galena, and sphalerite blebs within quartz floods, hosted by sericite altered, felsic epiclastic rock, resemblant of epithermal-type mineralization. In 2010, drill hole H-10-02 assayed 0.72 gram per tonne gold over 9.15 metres, H-10-03 assayed 0.34 gram per tonne gold over 122.53 metres and H-10-04 assayed 0.27 gram per tonne gold over 26.12 metres (Assessment Report 32083).

In 2020, Jayden Resources Inc. completed a program of talus fine and float sampling on the east side of the Salmon Glacier and below the old Granduc mining road.
