The Golden Rocket showing is in an alpine cirque, approximately 4.5 kilometres east from the head of Hastings Arm (mouth of Kshwan River), Observatory Inlet, 37 kilometres southeast of Stewart, B.C.
The Golden Rocket showing was discovered in 2018, one of several rock samples obtained during the J2 Syndicate Holdings Ltd. /Goliath Resources Ltd.) exploration program on their Golddigger property. Talus and outcrop grab samples over a 60-metre area show anomalous gold and silver values. (Assessment Report 37783).
2018 exploration works on the Golddigger property focused on areas east of Hastings Arm. Highlights include discoveries of multiple breccias, stockworks, and veins containing high grade gold and polymetallic mineralization. Exploration focused on extensive areas of recent glacial and snowpack abatement. Both an airborne magnetics survey and a LiDAR survey were completed on the property.
