The Kitsault Gold 2 showing is located near Washout Creek, about 50 kilometres southeast of Stewart, north of Alice Arm.
The Kitsault Gold 2 area covers the southern extent of Lower Jurassic Hazelton Group and Upper Triassic Stuhini Group volcanic and sedimentary rocks.
The showing comprises a rock sample (10057) of iron oxide stained vein quartz with terminated quartz in cavities and about 5 per cent pyrite hosted in Stuhini Group sediments. The sample assayed 0.4 per cent lead, 0.2 per cent zinc and 100 grams per tonne silver (Assessment Report 28476).
In 2005, Kitsault Resources Ltd. conducted a stream sediment sampling program on the Kitsault Gold Property on behalf of owner Rand Edgar Smyth Syndicate. A total of 161 stream sediment samples were collected, together with 70 rock samples.
