The Third showing is located 4.7 kilometres south of the Omineca River and 6.7 kilometres east of Yuen Lake.
Prospecting in 2007 re-located the Third showing which is plotted some 2.7 kilometres southwest of the Forks showing (094D 123) on an easterly running tributary of Falls creek. The mineralized outcrop is on the south side of the tributary and is comprised of a 10-metre by 10-metre outcrop of malachite-stained andesite porphyry. Samples 463149 and 463175 were taken from outcrop and yielded values of 0.62 and 0.57 per cent copper, and 10.2 and 6.3 grams per tonne silver, having no significant gold, respectfully (Assessment Report 29982).
Imperial Metals Corp drilled 2007 drill hole FC-07-03 into Third showing mineralization, testing it to a depth of 264.26 metres. The hole intersected andesite porphyry and andesite breccias similar to the first two holes much farther north on Fork prospect (094D 123). Intense hematite alteration was noted, and a pseudo-breccia texture caused by pervasive hematite alteration along fractures. Some silicification was noted but mostly just calcite veining. Pyrite and traces of chalcopyrite were observed along with some specular hematite. The hole did not intersect the kind of mineralization seen on surface although it was reported to have yielded some interesting copper values with four samples grading better than 0.1 per cent copper the highest being 0.46 per cent copper (Assessment Report 29982). There were no significant gold values.
