The LOO19-4-4 occurrence is located approximately 2 kilometres west-southwest of Mount Carruthers, 8 kilometres north of the Omineca rivers, and about 31 kilometres east-northeast of the community of Bear Lake.

The showing is underlain by Permian phyllite in the Asitka Group, which represents a basement domain to the Stikine terrane. Mineralization is observed as malachite alteration and disseminated pyrite and chalcopyrite hosted in quartz veining. A grab sample yielded assay results of greater than 1 per cent copper, 0.022 gram per tonne gold, and 44.3 grams per tonne silver (Sample LOO19-4-4, Fieldwork 2019, pages 25-47).

In 2019, the showing was discovered by the BC Geological Survey during a regional bedrock mapping program focussed on the Hogem batholith and surrounding areas.
