The 18 AB-26-4 occurrence is located approximately 20 kilometres southeast of Ferriston Peak about 62 kilometres northwest of the community of Germansen Landing.

The showing is underlain by Thane Creek suite granodiorite in the Early Jurassic to Early Cretaceous Hogem Plutonic Suite in Quesnel terrane. The Thane Creek suite is mostly diorite to quartz monzodiorite, with lesser hornblendite.

Mineralization is observed as disseminated chalcopyrite, pyrite, and malachite and iron rust staining in diorite with epidote alteration. In 2018, a grab sample (18ab-26-4) yielded assay results of 4340 parts per million copper, 227 parts per billion gold, and 140 parts per million silver (Fieldwork 2018, page 48). A grab sample (18ab-24-11) taken about 615 metres east of the previous sample analyzed 774 parts per billion gold and 7.8 parts per million silver (Fieldwork 2018, page 49).

The showing was mapped by the British Columbia Geological Survey during a regional bedrock mapping program in the Hogem batholith in 2018.
