The Quarry occurrence is exposed in a limestone rock quarry located on the north side of Osilinka River, between Tenakihi and Wasi creeks, about 46 kilometres northwest of the community of Germansen Landing.

Minerals identified include sphalerite, galena, cerussite, chalcopyrite, boulangerite, malachite, azurite, and possibly stibnite. In 1991, one sample taken assayed 0.89 gram per tonne gold, 3.8 per cent copper, 0.34 per cent zinc, 42.5 per cent lead, 0.65 gram per tonne silver and 20 per cent antimony (Open File 1992-11, Map Number 10).
