Capsule Geology

The Detni Creek occurrence is located at the head of Detni Creek approximately 80 kilometres west of the community of Germansen Landing.

The showing area is underlain by diorite, monzonite, and granodiorite of the Early Jurassic Hogem Plutonic Suite. This copper occurrence is noted on Geological Survey of Canada Map 1030A. No description is available but mineralization is inferred to be disseminated chalcopyrite.
