The Cochran property is located 24 kilometres south of Dome Creek Station.

Regionally the showings are within a generally flat lying sequence of Lower Cambrian limestone, quartzite and related sedimentary rocks. Locally, the rocks have been tightly folded with the axes generally striking east-west.

Mineralization includes chalcopyrite, specularite, quartz, calcite and possible dolomite along fractures within the fold axes.

One sample from the property returned 0.14 per cent copper (Property File Cyprus Anvil TSL Laboratories Ltd., 1971).
