The Quarry zone is part of the Mount Polley deposit (093A 008), located 56 kilometres northeast of Williams Lake, 5 kilometres west of Quesnel Lake and 8 kilometres southwest of Likely. The property is accessible from Highway 97 at 150 Mile House via 76 kilometres of paved road and 12 kilometres of forestry road.

The Quarry zone was discovered in 2005 and contains mineralization of coarse clots of chalcopyrite in a matrix of coarse, angular breccia.

In 2012, Imperial Metals Corp. drilled six diamond drillholes into the Quarry zone, which resulted in multiple intercepts of mineralization. The best intercept occurred in drillhole WB12-259, which assayed 1.15 per cent copper and 9.07 grams per tonne silver over 13.3 metres (Press Release, Imperial Metals Corp., November 20, 2012).

For a complete property history and regional geology, see Mount Polley (093A 008).
