The Ora showing lies north of the Cariboo River and east of Kangaroo Creek, surrounding Wolverine Lake. This small lake is located about 8 kilometres north of Likely. The property is reached by driving north from Likely along the Poquette Lake - Keithley Creek gravel road, a distance of about 9 kilometres, until immediately after crossing the Cariboo River the Kangaroo Forestry road commences, leading in a northwesterly direction. This logging road traverses the property, providing excellent access. Due to the prevalent clear-cut logging operations many access roads lead to most of the outlying regions on the claims.
Northwesterly trending, generally westerly dipping basal black phyllites of the Middle-Upper Triassic Nicola Group underlies most of the claims area. Tight folding of these rocks is apparent, frequently occurring as intense crenulations. Drag folds are also evident within more competent grey phyllite beds. Quartz occurs within the phyllites in many different forms, in different concentrations, and with differing content of sulphide mineralization. It can be translucent to milky and is found along the rusty limonitic fissile partings of the rock, and also as veinlets, sweats, and larger kidney-shaped boudins.
A chip sample (#14304) from trench 1600 analyzed 0.46 per cent lead, 24.1 grams per tonne silver and 0.59 gram per tonne gold (Assessment Report 19318).
In 1989, an exploration program consisting of grid layout, soil sampling, trenching and sampling, and geological mapping was conducted on behalf of owner, Golden Falcon Mining Ltd.
