The RAZORBACK showing is located on an alpine ridge approximately 4 kilometres north-northeast of Razorback Mountain, 35 kilometres south of the community of Tatla Lake on Highway 20 and 186 kilometres southwest of Williams Lake, B.C.
The Razorback area is underlain by rock of the Lower Cretaceous Cloud Drifter Formation consisting of sandstone and siltstone and lesser sedimentary lithologies.
In 2021, Kingfisher Metals Corp. visited the Razorback showing area as part of their regional exploration efforts on their large Goldrange property. Four ridgeline traverses in 2021 revealed anomalous mineralization with two ridge lines appearing to highlight a northwest trend - the Razorback zone. Rock sampling at the Razorback zone revealed high-level textures with one sample (S3690960) grading 6.62 per cent lead, 463 grams per tonne silver, and up to (or greater) than 1 per cent antimony (Press Release, Kingfisher Metals Corp., September 28, 2021 (Figure 8), and Assessment Report 39734). Several areas of anomalous gold emerged from this survey with grades up to 2.75 grams per tonne gold from talus fines and up to 4.07 grams per tonne gold from rock sampling. No ground work in the Razorback area was conducted in 2022, but structural interpretations were made from airborne data collected in 2020 over the large Goldrange project area.
