The Perk3 West showing is located 2.3 kilometres northeast of Perkins Peak and about 22 kilometres southwest of the community of Kleena Kleene.

The Perk3 West showing is underlain by sandstone, siltstone and minor conglomerate of the Lower Cretaceous Cloud Drifter Formation. The sedimentary rocks are intruded by a Late Cretaceous to Paleocene granodiorite porphyry stock of the Bendor Suite, within 1 kilometre to the southwest of this showing. In 2021, a sample was taken about 1 kilometre southeast of the Mountain Boss prospect (092N 010) that graded 1.24 grams per tonne gold (Ethos Gold Corp. Press Release, September 29, 2021). No other information is given on the showing.
