The Zeballos property is located to the east of the Zeballos River, approximately 10 kilometres northeast of the community of Zeballos.
The area is underlain by Triassic Karmutsen mafic volcanics, with younger Triassic Quatsino limestone covering the southwest portion of the property, and younger intrusive dikes and stocks locally cutting both other rock types.
Locally, a sheared, silicified, chloritic and epidotic felsic intrusive stock occurs in a sheared contact with limestone to the north. The intrusive stock contains a 1 metre diameter vuggy skarn pod at the intersection of two shears. Sulphide mineralization includes pyrrhotite, pyrite and chalcopyrite.
In 2003, the area was explored by Canalaska Ventures Limited. In 2007, the claims were acquired by Pacific Rim Power Corporation to cover new metallic mineral occurrences encountered during earthworks construction for a new hydro-electric power project by the Zeballos Lake Hydro Limited Partnership.
In 2007, a chip sample (312570) across the zone returned 0.22 per cent copper (Assessment Report 29649).
