The Ritz occurrence is located on the north side of Twin One Creek, approximately 2.5 kilometres northeast of the creek mouth on Lillooet Lake.

The region is underlain by metasedimentary and metavolcanic rocks of the Mississippian to Jurassic Bridge River Complex, intruded by dominantly granodioritic stocks of the Jurassic to Tertiary Coast Plutonic Complex.

Locally, gossanous and sheared metasedimentary rocks host vuggy pyrite and chalcopyrite mineralization. In 2003, a rock sample (LL1) assayed 0.968 per cent copper, 0.15 gram per tonne gold and 7.8 grams per tonne silver (Assessment Report 27431).

In 2003, the area was prospected and sampled as the Ritz 1-20 claims.
