The J&J 7 occurrence is located west of Nichol Lake and approximately 4.7 kilometres east of Hull Hill.
The area is underlain by Triassic to Jurassic granodioritic rocks overlain by Miocene basaltic volcanic rocks.
Locally, drilling has intercepted dacitic flows with minor gold values. No further information was provided.
In 1990, a percussion drill hole (PDH90-1) yielded 0.48 gram per tonne gold over 3.05 metres (Assessment Report 20718).
In 1989 and 1990, Naxos Resources completed four diamond drill holes, totalling 91.0 metres, and two percussions drill holes, totalling 125.0 metres, on the area as the J&J claims. In 2006, a photo-geological (lineament) analysis was completed on the area as the Honey 1 claim.
