The Boulder claims were staked to cover a broad valley bottom of the Klesilkwa River. Large boulders of granodiorite litter the area. The boulders have spalled off a large stock south of the claims. Quarry Pacific Industries periodically collects several boulders for tile production at their Richmond plant.
