The Sisu 2 occurrence is located on Suka Creek, approximately 900 metres east of its mouth on the Fraser River.
The area is underlain by metamorphic rocks assigned to the Cretaceous and/or Tertiary Custer Gneiss in fault contact with Permian to Jurassic Hozameen Complex sediments to the east.
Locally, serpentine hosts mineralized quartz veins and stringers. In 1981, three samples (21+50m, 23+00m and 25+75m) assayed from 1166.2 to 3734.6 grams per tonne gold with 210.3 to 723.7 grams per tonne silver (Assessment Report 9577).
In 1980 and 1981, the area was prospected and sampled as the Sisu 1-2 claims. During 1990 through 1993, programs of geochemical sampling and geological mapping were completed on the area. During 1996 through 2001, Hillsbar Gold completed programs of geological mapping, geochemical sampling and a 10 line-kilometre ground electromagnetic survey on the area as the Bar-Gold property.
