Granodiorite was quarried on the west side of Indian Arm, opposite the power house. No production figures are available.
The granodiorite is Early to mid-Cretaceous in age within the Jurassic to Tertiary Coast Plutonic Complex and was generally used for jetty rock, rip rap and rubble. The outcrop is highly variable in colour and grain size and is severely shattered with abundant closely spaced fractures.
