The Maid-12DMAO067 occurrence is located on the northern slopes of Mount Demers, approximately 2.5 kilometres east of Maid Lake.
The area is underlain by diorite and quartz diorite of the Paleozoic to Jurassic Westcoast Crystalline Complex and volcanic rocks of the Lower Jurassic Bonanza Group.
Locally, basalts and/or diorites host deformed, 5 to 10 centimetre wide, quartz veins with fine pyrite and arsenopyrite.
In 2012, a grab sample (12DMAO067) assayed 1.17 grams per tonne gold (Assessment Report 33846).
During 2006 through 2012, the area was prospected and sampled as the Maid 1-2 claims.
