The Ivy occurrence is located on the north side of Findlay Creek approximately 5.3 kilometres west-southwest of Canal Flats.

A short adit occurs on the property however records are unclear as to when it was driven. An approximately 3-metre thick quartz vein is reported to contain galena. Assays returned values in gold and silver (Prospectors Assistance Program, Report 2001-20).
