The Dewdney 32 showing is located about 30 kilometres east-northeast of Kimberley and about 750 metres east of Lewis Creek.
The showing area is underlain by sedimentary rock of the Helikian Creston Formation, Purcell Supergroup. In 2014, prospecting was carried out in the Lewis Creek area by PJX Resources Inc. who collected 45 rock samples for analysis.
At sample site DT31, bedding parallel/sub-parallel quartz veins occur containing galena, chalcopyrite, and goethite. A similar sample site was described at DT32 about 30 metres south-southeast of DT31. About 100 metres south-southeast of DT31, another sample site (DT33) was described as containing an area of “1 inch bedding” with sub parallel quartz veins in a 30-centimetre alteration zone in green argillaceous siltstone. Mineralization was reported as galena, chalcopyrite, pyrite, and pink feldspar. Assay values were generally more significant going south-southeast from DT31 to DT33. Sample DT33 returned grades of greater than 1 per cent lead (maximum limit of analysis), 0.1 per cent copper, 0.05 per cent molybdenum, 0.4 gram per tonne gold, and greater than 100 grams per tonne silver (maximum limit of analysis) (Assessment Report 35582).
In 2016 to 2022, PJX Resources Inc. conducted geological mapping, rock geochemistry sampling, airborne geophysics, and drilling on the Dewdney Trail Property (Assessment Reports 36649, 38859, 40906, 40908).
