The Easy occurrence is located on the north side of Lower Arrow Lake, approximately 2 kilometres east of Allandale Creek and at an elevation of 600 metres.

The area is underlain by granite and alkali feldspar granite intrusive rocks of the Paleocene to Eocene Sheppard, Tuzo Creek and Shingle Creek intrusions.

Locally, granodiorite hosts a shear zone with a 2.5 to 5 metre wide quartz vein exposed in the portal of a shallow-dipping 10 metre decline. Mineralization consists of disseminated pyrite with minor sphalerite and galena. The shear zone has been traced for 500 metres before disappearing into overburden. A select grab sample of mineralized vein material assayed 1.8 grams per tonne gold and 135.1 grams per tonne silver (Assessment Report 28609).

In 2006, the area was prospected as the Easy claims. A historic adit or shaft of unknown age is noted for 5 metres before disappearing in water.
